Costa Rica Tarrazu

Beneficio San Diego is the most modern mill in Costa Rica. It was established in 1888 and today, specializes in coffees from Tarrazu and Tres Rios regions. The mill takes pride in striving for ever increasing efficiency and quality standards and has taken a lead role in working with producers to ensure good community relations and sustainable production.

This coffee was selected for its exceptional cup profile. The body is satiny and viscous and has a long, lingering finish. Cupping notes of stone fruit, citrus, almond and honey make for a delicious cup, and this one does especially well in espresso and cold brew applications as well.
