How it all started…

The Toasted Roasters started with two friends on a common journey to find really good coffee. What started as nothing more than a hobby for a couple of guys on nights or weekends has grown into something much larger than either of us would have first imagined. We started with a small, countertop roaster and began studying the intricate craft of roasting coffee. We’ve spent a great deal of time in our little shop and over the course of hundreds of roasts, we’ve honed our skills and dialed our coffees into something we’re extremely proud of. We’re not ashamed to admit that we’re always learning, improving our process and product and continue to network with others who have a similar passion. We’re always seeking out further education and knowledge on this journey to create great coffee.

Today, you’ll find us roasting coffee in Charlton, Massachusetts, very much like we did when this all began... in our shop laughing, enjoying an amazing coffee or a great local beer and listening to great music. Although we’re much busier today than we ever first expected, we haven’t lost touch with why we started this journey to begin with. This whole thing got started when we decided to create our own great coffee and we’re proud of how far we’ve come, and we’re still having a blast doing it.

We’ve been sharing our coffees with family and friends since the very beginning. We’re thankful for all the support and feedback that we’ve received along the way and now, we’re very excited to share our coffees with you as well.
