This organically grown Honduras Guama Danta is a Washed Process coffee combining varieties of Lempiras, Caturra, Catuai and Catimor. Grown at altitudes of 1250-1450 meters, the result is a coffee with a light body and mild acidity, and features cupping notes of milk chocolate, brown sugar, caramel, orange and red apple.
