Mormora’s 200-hectare farms are comprised of coffees grown under the shade of a forest canopy. Hand-picked coffee cherries are delivered to the processing station and after being hand-sorted to remove any unripe, overripe, or damaged fruit, the coffee is laid out in direct sunlight on raised beds. Cherries are turned frequently to promote even drying, over the course of three weeks.

This naturally processed, organically grown coffee has a medium body with medium acidity and offers wonderful cupping notes of strawberry, vanilla, orange blossom, black tea, and cane sugar.
