This organically grown SHG (Strictly High Grown) coffee comes the Chiapas Highlands, which are rich in rainfall and nutritious soil. The farms sit at an altitude of 1200-1750 meters and are shaded by a lush forest canopy that blankets the Sierra Madre de Chiapas mountains.

Everything that went into growing this Mexico Chiapas is natural, with priority on conserving and revitalizing the land’s resources. With a delightful flavor profile that includes marzipan, red apple, orange and granola, this light coffee with satisfying acidity is another wonderful example of Chiapas’ excellence.
